If your vehicle is under/booked for repairs or an estimate we will be in touch with an update as soon as we can. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we must follow these guidelines. Please see statement below and stay safe :-) Stephen Moir, CEO of MTA WA has a clear message for all repairers i...n the areas of Perth, Peel and South West regions affected by the snap lockdown. "You must not open your business during this lockdown. The rules are not the same in this lockdown as they were in the previous one. Collision repairers are not considered essential businesses - in automotive, only mechanical service workshops may remain open." Reports filtering through from WA indicate that some repairers have not understood the directives from the Government and the information distributed from MTA WA and opened today anyway. WA remains is in a State of Emergency, and the various restrictions are enforceable by fines of up to $50,000 for individuals and $250,000 for businesses. Police officers also have the power to issue $1000 on-the-spot fines. "It is vital that collision repair business remain closed during this lockdown, or they could risk prolonging the lockdown further because of non-compliance." Moir said.
