06.01.2022 FairPlay is Now Open and Guses Tennis is an activity provider for this program! Whats the program about? Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child or young person, which can be used towards membership, registration or participation fees with Guses Tennis. Whos eligible?... Eligible applicants are Queensland children and young people aged 5 to 17 (inclusive) who either: hold or whose parent/carer/guardian holds a valid Department of Human Services Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card with the childs name on it If a parent/carer is currently receiving JobSeeker payments, they are eligible for a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, and can apply for a FairPlay voucher using this card. are identified by a registered referral agent. Please note that there is a limit of one voucher per child/young person per calendar year, applications are open twice a year. If a child receives a voucher in the summer (January-April) round of the program, they will not be eligible to apply for the winter (July-September) round of the same year. The expiry date for Round 3 vouchers is 11 November 2020 and the voucher redemption expiry is 25 November 2020. Due to the issues surrounding COVID-19 and the postponement of sport and recreation at all levels, Round 2 FairPlay voucher redemption expiry has been extended to 25 November 2020 in line with the Round 3 expiry dates.
