22.01.2022 We are currently experiencing a Telstra outage!! Internet cable is down which knocks out our phones and emails. Telstra advise we should be back on line in 2 hours however that of course was already over 2 hours ago.... hope to be back soon. 21.01.2022 Who are you....really?? Don't be an international person of mystery! Please make sure your full legal name (as per your Driver's Licence/Passport/Birth Certificate) is reflected on Contract documentation. We regularly see middle names missing from Contracts. Similarly, if you have more than one middle name or a hyphenated surname, it is important you spell this out to the person who is drafting your Contract. If you are in ANY way confused about your name and how it should appear on legal paperwork, please phone us to discuss BEFORE you sign a Contract.

It is critical to educate yourself so as to achieve the best outcome. This should include conducting a free license check with the QBCC and completion of a relevant Small Building Projects or other appropriate renovation contract. 04.01.2022 If you have recently bought or sold a property, your accountant will ask you to provide a few things. These are all in our final letter so keep this handy.

04.01.2022 When inspecting a potential purchase property be sure to turn things on during your walk through. This includes ovens, cooktops, range hoods, bathroom exhaust fans, hot water taps, air conditioning units, pool pumps, garbage disposals and the like. A standard building inspection often doesn’t include or warrant that these items are in good working order and a buyer may be left with repair costs if these items are found not to be working after the date of the contract. A buyers risk commences from the next business day after the contract has been dated!
