20.01.2022 This is my version of a healthy granola/cereal. Love having it as breakfast or a snack with berries, yogurt/milk 2 cups worth of mixed (almonds, cacao nibs, cashews, pepitas & sunflower seeds) 1 tbs coconut oil (melted) 1 tbs maple syrup 1 heaped tsp cinnamon ... Mix all together in a bowl, bake in oven on 140 degrees for about 10-15 mins until golden brown Let it cool, then pulse in food processor. 07.01.2022 Sometimes good quality dark chocolate can be a bit expensive so why not just make it yourself and you can add your own twist to it. I made a double batch but here is the recipe: @primallyinspired 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/4 coconut oil, melted ... 1-2 tbs raw honey or maple syrup 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt 1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. 2. I added chopped almonds and goji berries to the mix but you can add other chopped nuts, seeds, fruit, shredded coconut 3. Place in muffin tray and set in freezer. Then place in air tight container and store in pantry. 4.
