14.01.2022 RECIPE TIME Baby Gnocchi with Broccoli and Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce ... 1. Chop 2 cloves of fresh garlic, 2. Boil a pot of water, add salt 3. Add Baby Gnocchi and small broccoli florets to boiling water Boil for 2 minutes 4. In a medium pan, melt some butter add the garlic, cook for 30 seconds 5. Add a tablespoon of plain flour, cook through on a low heat to make a blonde roux 6. Slowly add one cup of pouring cream, stir through until the flour has mixed through, whisk in the pan until smooth 7. Add salt and pepper to taste 8. Drain Gnocchi and Broccoli and add to the pan of sauce stir through and turn heat off. 9. Add a handful of parmesan cheese, stir through. Serve in a bowl and add freshly chopped parsley to taste.
