23.01.2022 2018GWBC INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT IMPORTANT NOTICE To all participants 1 - Regarding to all levels , mens doubles , womens doubles tournament will start on the 15th of September 10:00AM sharp . Mix double start from 1:00 PM roughly. If any team is 10 minutes late it will be an automatic walkover to your opponent . There will be no settings , one game to 30 points . ... 2 - The matches will be played to 30 to determine the winner , at 15 you will change ends. THERE IS NO DEUCES 3 - Please respect the umpires decision , at the end of the day this is a social event so gamesmanship and friendship should be number one priority . If there is any disagreement that is unresolved a let will be played. 4 - To all participants competing in the tournament you will all receive a number. For those competing in two events you will receive a additional number for our lucky draw at the end of the tournament . There will be six 3rd prizes three 2nd prizes and one 1st price to be won.

09.01.2022 To all badminton players and fanatics due to the recent surge in coronavirus. The state premier announced that Victoria will go back into stage 3 lock down as of tomorrow night 11:59pm. This lockdown will include indoor sports centres (badminton centres) so as of tomorrow 8th of July Wednesday we will operate as usual and be closed at 11:00pm until the lockdown restrictions have been lifted.
