25.01.2022 Good news for both young people and employers! The government has announced an extension to the Australian Apprenticeships Incentives Program (AAIP), providing $1.2 billion to hire 70,000 apprentices in the next year in an uncapped job-creation plan. The apprenticeship program incentivises businesses to take on new trainees by paying 50 per cent of their wages for the first year, up to a cap of $7000 per quarter.
