22.01.2022 Hi Everyone if you watch the news or updates on facebook you know as much as us about the lockdown. We suggest you get your workout in before 5pm tonight. The Government will review the situation on Wednesday night so we will all know then when we will be able to reopen. We will keep you posted. Relax and enjoy some downtime if you have it :)

21.01.2022 1 year ago today we were forced to close and send our members and our team home indefinitely. It was an awful day to say the least and the months that followed were certainly challenging. Now 1 year on with the support of our team and most importantly our amazing members we have come out stronger than ever and even completed not only our expansion but the installation of new equipment. Thank you to our members for all your support. We could not have gotten through it without you.

19.01.2022 This year for Christmas we have chosen to host a Gift Collection, here at GYM4, in the lead up to the holiday season in support of The Smith Family's Toy and Book Appeal. Please show your support by donating new toys and books for children aged 0 - 12 years. These gifts will be donated to young Australians who would otherwise go without anything under their Christmas Tree Christmas morning. So please give generously to help us achieve our goal so that we can spread a little ...Christmas joy for those who need it most.
