20.01.2022 Gymnastics Victoria would like to congratulate aerobic gymnasts Olivia Feaver and Kenji Fujihara who were chosen on the Australian team for the Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships as well as Ruby Conti, Brooke Hay and Sophie Varis who were selected for the World Age Group Competition. We also would like to congratulate acrobatic gymnasts Aaron Mavro and Lhonegan Foxman who were selected on the Australian team for the World Championships as well as Sophia Alhassan, Samantha... Hughes and Sarsha Hughes who were selected as non-travelling reserves for the Acrobatic Gymnastics World Age Group Competition. Gymnastics Australia has made the difficult decision to not endorse sending an Australian team to these competitions due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and keeping in line with the Gymnastics Australia Travel Position Statement. From now until 31 December 2020, we are wanting to see how fun and creative our clubs and their members can be when putting on an end of year club display. ...
