Now, the creative and logistic pool of the state struggles to keep up with the dynamics of a production slate that - until COVID - had back to back production. We've seen the sophistication of local films grow in this period and we're getting all kinds of local films fro...m all quarters produced without funding and with enormous integrity and production value. 18.01.2022 Our buddies at Anthologie (and us) are working with the Department of Education and Training (DET) and the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) on a campaign that speaks specifically to parents and teachers of primary school aged children. As parents and teachers, primary school is one of the most important times for to have a life-long impact on a childs life. We want to explore how small comments and experiences, both positive and negative, can sometimes have a pro...found impact on a childs life. We want to invite you to share the stories, moments or experiences that shaped you. We are looking for primary school aged children (years 4-6), older kids, parents, grandparents and friends to take part in a video shoot on the w/c 1st June. It will be a fun and informal interview session in a studio, and will last for around one hour. The responses will be filmed as part of an educational video that will be displayed online on DET and CICA websites and social media channels to raise awareness of this important issue. You don't have to do any preparation beforehand, just be yourself and be as honest as you'd like on the day. We will be taking every precaution with COVID-19, and our professional team will practice physical distancing and provide a sanitised space on the day to minimise any risk. Please let us know if you, or anyone you know would be interested in taking part by Friday 29th May and we will be in touch with some more information.
