14.01.2022 Brand new YOGA class starting tomorrow! Join us for a gentle flow, breath work and juicy stretches all in the beautiful surrounds of nature. This outdoor class is at 10am on Sunday 22nd March 2020 at Apex Caravan Park West Ulverstone, Tasmania. All are welcome and if you are new to yoga, don't be shy.... Come and try it out..... and leave feeling refreshed. We are not able to supply mats/bolsters/blocks at this time - so bring everything you need according to the weather.... Hopefully it will be a sunny day like today. Classes are $10 and meet on the lawn in the Caravan Park (near the beach) - Look for the Gypsy Grace sign More classes will be advised - Watch this space

Yesterday was a game changer again, however after lots of conversations and updates on our current social guidelines yoga classes will be running. We are really blessed by our surf club as they have advised all current guidelines allow for our use and have accommodated extra space to allow this to be. A few changes have been made to work around it all, as of Monday, this is how we will roll... ~ Monday 6pm/ Will be held in the smaller space and bookings are now essential to accommodate working within the distancing guidelines. To book your space please message ~ Wednesday 9.30am/ We are now in the main hall at the surf club. As this room allows enough distancing space class remains casual. ~ Thursday 6pm/ Yin Main hall at the surf club, distancing space allows this class to remain casual. We kindly ask to provide your own personal mat and to bring a blanket or towel. All guidelines will continue to be met and any changes will be advised. Take care of your wellbeing To our yogis that have chosen to break for now or are unable to continue to come to classes we will see you when things are flowing again Gratitude & light K X
