12.01.2022 On the drawing board: Refurbishment of an old factory and an office- Bibra Lake. The existing building was built in late 80’s using beige face brick for the office and dark metal green sheeting for the factory. The proposed design aims to deliver an appropriate built form that is consistent with the surrounding Phoenix business park and responds to the future character of the area. The design uses contemporary features such perforated steel panels, Alucobond panels and white/grey concrete panels. The new sheeting will be with Colorbond verticals panels using contrasting colours from the white/grey scheme. More refined design/images are coming in the next couple of weeks!
