21.01.2022 The staff here at H@H have gotten on board Jersey Day today raising awareness for Organ Donation. Being in the industry that we are in, this is something that we come across daily with our clients and felt the need to support this occasion. For more information about the Jersey Day cause go to https://www.jerseyday.com.au or come into the store and see the staff. This is a great opportunity too, if you aren't already, to register to be an organ donor. We have the old paper f...orms in store for you to fill out and send away, or one of the girls can assist you in completing a quick form online. Come see us all and come join in on the fun. 17.01.2022 Hi there, We’ve been working hard to figure out how to navigate the current situation we’re all in, and I wanted to let all of our customers know that we are still open for business, with some adjustments.... We will be controlling the numbers of customers entering the business to ensure we are all spaced apart appropriately. We have moved some stock out of the showroom to make more space and will be restricting customers in the event we have reached our limit. It is possible that we will be asking our customers and visitors to remain in their vehicles or take a seat out the front we will come to you. We are asking everyone to make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry, and anyone who refuses to comply will be asked to leave. This is not negotiable. We take our infection control standards very seriously. All items touched by previous customers are completely cleaned as are all benchtops, desks and chairs. There are other things we are doing, but for us it is business as usual. We can still do deliveries, talk with you about our great products and try to provide the best customer service we can. 16.01.2022 Hello In light of the recent changes to social distancing, we have made the decision to close our showroom to the public, effective from Monday 30 March, 2020. Over the past week we have had instances where we had multiple customers and staff in our showroom at the same time, and to ensure the safety of our customer and staff we need to be maintaining the 1.5m / 1 person per 4 square metre rule.... We are still operating, but now we need our customers to work with us by doing the following: 1. To hire equipment, please call us on (02) 6925 4966 and we will complete the necessary paperwork over the phone. When you are coming to collect the items, please call us again and it will be waiting for you. 2. For recliner or other equipment inspections, please call us on (02) 6925 4966 and we will allocate a time that will ensure that there will be no other customers with you. This will also ensure that we can maintain our strict disinfection policy between customers. 3. For other purchases including incontinence products, please call us on (02) 6925 4966 to place your order and we will have it ready for you. We are still doing deliveries however we will not be entering any premises and will only be able to leave the items at the front door. We understand this may not be convenient however we need to ensure that our staff limit their exposure to potential risks and therefore protect all our customers and staff. The staff at Hospital at Home and Michael, who is taking part in WWT2 - Supporting MLHD Palliative Care Team, would like to thank everyone who came down to Bunnings today and bought a sausage sandwich and drink or who just simply gave us a donation. We are so overwhelmed by the support of the Wagga Community. We would also like to thank Lake Village Butchery & Bakery for the donation and supplying of the bread and sausages for today, and also Gurwood St Woolworths for the donation of drinks and supplies to get us through the day, we definitely got some awesome compliments, and also a quite a few who came back for more! 06.01.2022 For those of you who didn't know, our Regional Director Michael is taking part in the Thomas Bros Wagga Takes 2 2020, supporting Murrumbidgee Local Health District Palliative Care. He has been teamed up with the awesome Haylee Potts, so I am sure with these two it is going to be a show to remember! Palliative Care is a massive part of our business, where we assist families to bring their loved ones home for their final days. We work very closely with the nurses at Palliative care, and it is something that we take pride in and hold close to all of our hearts.
