15.01.2022 Appreciation post I quickly wanted to say a massive thank you to every single client that has ever come to the salon. Showing your support & choosing to come see us means the absolute world.... My reason behind this post which I was contemplating weather or not to share. I recently had a client that I was unable to accommodate. They then visited another salon as a once off. When I spoke with my client last week regards the service they received the response was amazing.... it wasn’t like walking in here to the salon, where you instantly feel welcomed and see a big smile on your face this to me was so refreshing to hear, as we pride ourselves on our service. Since day one of starting my business,my GOAl has always been about providing a GENUINE service and giving our clients 110%, and making sure we do the very best to make you feel AMAZING. If we don’t have time to do a full service then we don’t book the appointment, as there is nothing worse than feeling rushed and paying for a service that you don’t feel that you received the full benefits, we do have a giggle when we get asked to do a QUICK blowdry or QUICKLY do a Color service, this is simply not an option as we want to make sure you feel relaxed and not rushed out the door We have built such an amazing clientele base and I must say I feel very proud to have such amazing girls to work along side every day, we will continue to strive to always give you the best service by continuously educating ourselves on the latest trends and remember girls we are all one big family at the end of the day @mel.hairbybernie @tinahairbybernie
