Before 10 days after your appointment, and you are not 100% happy with your locks please send me a text letting know what we need to adjust and we can organise it! I have told most of you by now that I usually don't love my hair when I first get it done, especially if its a new colour or a big change, but then after a week or so I LOVE it, it just takes me time to adjust to something new!... I think we all need time to adjust, but you should let mw know if you cant adjust and then we can have a little touch up!
