19.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR FAM! I only pray for health, happiness and success for all.. we have all gone through probably the worst year in history but it's a good feeling to know we have overcome it! We could use 2020 as a stepping stone to level up & be stronger Like the saying goes "when you've reached rock bottom, the only way is up !... I'm sure this year will be a tough one because this pandemic is nowhere near over but because human beings are resilient people, in time, we can surpass it and this will only become a story to tell your children & their children! Blessings to you and your family for year 2021. #2021bringiton

17.01.2022 Hi everyone I would like to introduce you to the newest addition to my clan! Meet Ava-Marie Baltazar born 1st June 2020 she can't wait to meet each and everyone of you..... I will remain closed until we open the new salon at Caddens Hill in December 2020. We appreciate you giving us the time we need to spend together as a family If you need any recommendations for hair or lashes please DM me xx Kind regards, Leiyah

16.01.2022 Hi Fam! I thought I'd quickly jump in here for a lil update on me and to say how much I truly miss everyone of you, our laughs and the deep & meaningful chats in the salon. At the moment I'm really enjoying my time with my family.. I must say juggling 3 kids under 5 has definitely been challenging, I salute all you mamas out there on the same boat. My time now consists of no sleep, poos & vomit, packing lunches & homework, school drop offs, screaming and laughing and forev...er cleaning... On repeat! But I can't wait to get back in the grind and colour your lives (oh and hair) and lash up all you dolls. Covid-19 is hitting NSW once again and we need to be vigilant on our whereabouts and stay home as much as possible, during this time I hope everyone is keeping safe. I truly miss you all and I really can't wait for this pandemic to all blow over and once it has, I'll be ready to open the doors of the new upcoming salon at the end of the year at #CaddensHill From me & my Clan.. We miss you and see you all soon xxx - leiyah

16.01.2022 @hairbyleiyah has been helping me bear my boredom by dyeing my hair while I continued to grow it over the last 3 years. The BIGGEST change yet is coming soon. Stay tuned on how to support a great cause & help create a necessary change

11.01.2022 Super proud of my dear friend Don Enrhique Guiang Barrera for this great cause! On a positive note, I believe this is the best time to be doing this fundraiser especially during this current situation of the CORONAVIRUS outbreak worldwide! We are living in crazy times and have to do things on the daily that don't come as second nature like social distancing, no handshakes, no hugging especially to the ones closest to our hearts.. This can be tough for some of us, particularl...y those who live alone and need that interaction with their peers. Keeping at home not by choice can put a strain on us mentally whether it be feeling lonely or if the kids are driving you mad! This is the best time to come together as one! Support each other! Encourage each other! Love each other.. I'm thankful to be living in these times where even though we cannot socialise physically, we still have our means to communicate and connect with each other via the World Wide Web! Reach out to those who think they need it the most, send a quick msg to them and just tell them that your thinking of them.. it might be something small to you but to them may mean the world. #mentalhealthisimportant #showlove #donate

11.01.2022 I enjoyed this colour correction very much

11.01.2022 I am taking the necessary steps to ensure my clients, family & friends are aware they are well taken care of in my salon. Cleanliness and hygiene has always been very important for me especially now also working as a lash artist, disinfecting my tools is something I've always been doing before and after each lash client but with the COVID-19 outbreak happening now I have to be extremely vigilant with equipment and the space. From now on before & after each client I will ensur...e I wipe down door handles, light switches and arm rests with disinfectant. I will continue to wear my face mask with lash clients and hair clients if they feel more comfortable and practice good hand and respiratory etiquette. Hand sanitizers will be available in the salon for all clients too. #letsfightcoronavirus #takingcareofmyclients #andmyself

10.01.2022 I've definitely relaxed on Bridal hairstyling in the past couple of years because I chose to focus on hair colouring & lashes but on the rare times I get to do bridal work, it always seems to bring me back to the reason why I do what I do Hair has been my life since over twelve years ago and juggling a business with family can get super tiresome.. What has kept me going for this long is the happiness I give my ladies because of their hair, whether it be a dramatic hair col...our change or feeling like a princess on their wedding day! The priceless smiles, hugs & thankyous are absolutely worthwhile This is my WHY! The reason why I am who I am today. Hair is not just a skill I've learnt, it's a reflection of me! "Your hair is the only crown you never take off" -Annon I had the privilege to be the hairstylist for the beautiful @lionwoman on her wedding day the beginning of 2019. It was gloomy all morning but the sun came out just in time for her. She had such a fun bridal entourage in the most spectacular location. Even as a stylist, I felt on cloud nine MAKEUP BY: @alissasbakery PHOTOGRAPHY BY: @callanrobisonphoto

04.01.2022 The Government has extended the restrictions into Stage 2! Hairdressers/Barbers are allowed to trade for maximum of 30mins provided I apply safe social distancing.. (which is impossible! ) But because I also fall in the beauty services also and the government has announced a closure to that industry I have decided to close until further notice.... COVID-19 confirmed cases numbers are rising exponentially and I have to think of myself and my family of the dangers I can bring by keeping my doors open. I fall in the 'vulnerable' category being on my third trimester of pregnancy. I advise EVERYONE whether you have travelled or not, PLEASE STAY HOME ... Let's fight the virus together! We are not invincible nor is our family members or friends who are immune compromised! Remember, this is only temporary. We are all hurting in some way or another! Please stay safe and stay home (if you can) -HBL

02.01.2022 For those of you who don't know.. my grandma was laid to rest last week. It's been a rollercoaster ride of emotions but I'm glad to have such a close family that helps uplift each other We miss you so much nanay!
