COVID I understand the need to want your hair looking perfect for Christmas day but I ask anyone who has been to or travelled through the Covid affected areas to please cancel their appointment are reschedule. I also need anyone who has had any cold or flu symptoms to take my family into consideration and cancel until you are feeling better. We are all in this together. ... 22.01.2022 Now, I know it may seem like I've been away for ever already, but please do not make this mistake of trying to do your hair colours at home while you wait for me to return to work! I hope you're all well and steering clear of these nasty flu's and viruses. Our little Norah is 3 wonderful weeks old today! 16.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that I announce this morning our plans for 2021. Matt and I have made the decision to relocate our family to Perth on January 13th. This has not been an easy decision but we believe it will be the best move for our family. My last day of business will be the 9th.... It has been an absolute pleasure looking after all of you, many for the last 8-9 years. I've loved being apart of your lives, and you mine. It's been a privilege to be apart of your children growing up. I've watched so many graduate this year and I am so proud of all of them for coming through this year on top! I'd love to stay in contact as we create our new chapter I do have a few available appointments before closing and have stock available if anyone was in need of Evo or Muvo product.. 13.01.2022 Great news for those awaiting my return to the salon! I have decided to open my appointment book back up to all of my beautiful guests! Please contact me for available dates ... As this year has taken a very unexpected turn I apologise for my longer-than-hoped return to work and I appreciate your understanding. I will not be able to take on new clients for the time being. As per the NSW Social Distancing and Hygiene Guidelines I will only be having one person in the salon at a time. I will allow time between each client to sterilise all equipment and space used. No magazines will be available but you are welcome to bring your own. Anyone feeling the slightest bit unwell is urged to book when they are feeling well again. Hand sanitizer will be available at the station as well as face masks for anyone who would feel more comfortable with one on. I understand that being a stressful time due to restrictions that there may be some anxiety returning to the salon again (I will also be experiencing this). I can assure you all that I will be taking all necessary precautions to keep my salon and home virus-free. As I have a new baby and family to protect I am asking anyone who has been unwell in the recent weeks to wait a few more until they are completely well before booking. Opening dates are subject to change depending on Government decisions I can't wait to see you all! Nissa xx

It's because of each of you that keep my little salon buzzing each year. I wish you all a wonderful New Years Eve and hope all of your dreams come true in 2020! 04.01.2022 We are so happy to announce the birth of our beautiful little princess!! Norah Adalyn Whybrow Born 21/02/2020 at 2.48am,... 50cm long at 6lb 15oz. Both Mum and Norah are doing amazing..very tired but absolutely perfect!! We are absolutely smitten

02.01.2022 This week marks my first week of Maternity Leave while we prepare for the arrival of our newest family member. I'd like to thank you all for your amazing support throughout the last 3 wonderful years since opening Hair by Nissa, especially the last 9 months. I will miss you all while I'm taking a break from working life for the next 4-5 months (maybe less but we won't know until we know ).... Texts will be sent out with notifications of when I will be able to start filling my appointment books again after things settle down again. In my 14 years of hairdressing I have never taken more than 2 weeks off work at any time. Although this will be a very big change of pace, I am looking forward to our next chapter and excited to spend as much time with our baby girl when she arrives, I definitely believe every new (and first time) parent deserves that. I'll keep you all updated throughout my leave via Facebook Nissa xx
