Here is Nik’s nomination written by Fiona on behalf of Hair Fx team.~... Nik is our 3rd year stylist and a very valued member of our team. Nik always demonstrates a commitment to her team, her salon and clients. She has gone above and beyond with her education, which reflects in her client retention and new client demand. Nik is the first apprentice I have seen in 20 years support her team with delivery of industry education and guidance. Nik’s appointment book has a constant wait list due to her client care, hands on skills and commitment to ongoing education. In salon as well as in her own time to make sure she continues to grow and improve in the hair industry. Nik performance and commitment her job is admirable. Nik has committed so much in salon and in her own time that she is almost finished her training in less than half the time required. She not only meets her finical targets she outdoes them week in and week out. This year has seen some personal struggles for the owners and manger of Hair Fx as well as covid and Nik stayed focused, kept her team on track to ensure our doors could remain open. Nik’s commitment and skill has seen her be promoted as salon manager when needed. Every single day Nik delivers results beyond what is expected for her current level of training. Our salon would not have survived this year without Nik’s hard work, ideas and commitment giving our clients what they deserve, even when things like covid stood in her way. To get @kewa_ryan on her way to her hair goals @fionanelms waved her magic wand and was able to remove all build up of box colour off mid lengths and ends with out causing any more damage and with out using any sort of bleach!
