While we have always implemented a strict hygiene practice and cleanliness standard, we have implemented extra precautionary measures to make your visit with us as safe and comfortable as possible. ... These extra precautions include: The removal of product testers. Please contact our friendly team if you wish to try one of our products. Impeccable hand hygiene with availability for our customers to use also. We are doubling down on hospital grade disinfecting and cleaning of our salon, piercing studio and entire store. All salon and equipment will be disinfected prior and post to being used on a customer. If any team member feels unwell, they will remain at home and we encourage our customers to do the same. We will constantly monitor what is recommended by the World Health Organisation and consider further steps we can take to ensure the health and safety of our community and team members.
