23.01.2022 UPDATE: Most customers who were booked in for appointments between Sep 29th and Oct 19th have heard from me by now, I am still to finish contacting those booked for Sat 17th Oct. Only retail-based groomers have been allowed to operate under the current restrictions. Home-based groomers are tentatively scheduled for the next stage, so I have been rescheduling appointments from Mon 19th Oct onwards. Once dogs from Sat 17th Oct have been rescheduled, I can not take any more ap...pointments until mid November. There is still the possibility that the next stage anticipated for Oct 19th will become Oct 26th, and the norm has become for the government not to give any notice leading up to these decisions. I therefore ask you to be patient, or if your dog is desperate for a groom now, you need to seek out a retail-based groomer. I cannot go against the law, and when I do reopen I need to be fair to accommodate all regulars who have been waiting. 21.01.2022 Reminding everyone to please wear a mask when dropping off and collecting your pets. Disapointingly not everyone complied today. I don't really care what your personal convictions on the matter are, it is law. I WILL be denying entry to mask-less customers. (Obviously I am talking about humans, use the doggo below for demonstration purposes peeps!)

15.01.2022 Christmas bookings closing soon! Sat 19th and Sun 20th Dec available. I'm not grooming on the weekdays between that weekend and Christmas so once these two days fill up I won't be able to assist by Christmas.

07.01.2022 Confirming I'll be re-open from tomorrow evening. Everyone who already has an appointment booked - it is confirmed. I'm working on getting help in to try to get people who are on my waiting list seen to as soon as possible. My phone is already beeping with texts as I write this - so please be patient as I work to reply.
