23.01.2022 A HalalFoodReviews user has left a new review: Ordered ribs, they looked nothing like what was advertised on the board but were instead small chewy bits of gristle, fat and bone. If you were lucky you got a slither of meat. At $16 (ribs and salad) it was an absolute rip-off. So very disappointed.

23.01.2022 Fantastic place to have breakfast on a Saturday morning. Turkish coffee, scrambled eggs mixed with salami and the most delicious bread is the best way to start the weekend. The owner is just an awesome guy, came over to say hello and made sure that everything was good. Food came hot and quickly. If you haven't been there yet, please give them a try!

I took my wife out for dinner, for starters we had Tandoori Chicken followed by 2 Mains; Chicken Tikka Masala (my favourite) and Lamb Vindaloo (deliciously hot), We had it served with Safron rice and their butter Naan which was sooo good. Alhamdulillah this place is fantastic and I would definately recommend it having a try. Service: Good, didn't have to wait too long.

22.01.2022 Family dinner here for the first time. Definitely something different, definitely something tasty and definitely something Halal! If your in Vic Park you have to try this restaurant. Compliments to the Chef.

22.01.2022 A HalalFoodReviews user has left a new review: Literally the worst service I've had all year. 6 of us went for dinner tonight we did not have a booking so understandably they were quite full up and asked us to eat outside, we happily obliged. But from that point we were treated with some of the worst service Ive ever experienced, we were moved 3 times, were told the wrong information, the food took 1 hour from time of order, the waitress did not take our order until we stood up to get her attention, we had food not come at all - yet were still billed for it. Terrible. Too busy and so they should have politely told us on arrival were booked rather than trying to take our money in exchange for below average everything!

The butchers are always willing to help and can cut anything I like whether it is a particular steak etc. Really pleased with this place and I highly recommend it to everyone! the people are also SO friendly and that's what makes it the best!

The variety of food to the customer service, there isn't a place like this Perth. Their Portuguese chicken, lamb ribs, salads, cream potato the list goes on, amazing food and great value for money. I wish there were more places like Charco's!! Always satisfied and happy!!

We've been customers at this store from the time it first opened its doors, but sadly non of my family wants to hear of this branch. Glad that the there's halal oppositions that we can go to.... Not exactly middle eastern but sharing some of the chicken shawarma proved that the chef made it perfectly. Staff were helpful and I'll definitely be back.

The two younger guys (1x tall, dark hair & beard, 1x average height with fairer hair) are surly, unfriendly & just plain rude! To be fair the older man with grey hair & the young woman with a darker complexion are much nicer but they are not always there. When the younger guys are there I either don't bother or just buy the bare minimum & go to my local butcher. It's a pity because I really want Coventry Markets to work!

I have been coming to this place on rare occasions 2013, then more so often 2014-2015. The last 5 times we have arrived, the food has been shocking. The ceaser salad is not fresh, the potato bake does not taste right and the lamb ribs, without fail have me vomiting in the middle of the night every time. the taste of the ribs are good but I th...ink maybe left on heat all day, or very cheap cuts, or maybe its the sauce itself which they cover in extreme portions. its a long wait and the younger staff are cheeky and unprofessional. The charcoal chicken is so dry, i have never tried the portoguese though. I love charcoal chicken but now we just make our own at home because its too far and charco's is disgusting. See more

01.01.2022 A HalalFoodReviews user has left a new review: Ok, first of all, the kebab shops are all halal it will be illegal for them to sell ham. second, if there is something wrong with your pizza you call them straight away, you don't go a week later and start complaining about your food. they serve 100s of people everyday, they wont be able to remember what pizza and whom they made it for a week ago.
