25.01.2022 First of it's kind! This house in West Pennant Hills is the first in Australia to receive the new AWS 755 Series Comfort Edge Window. Installation began today removing the existing timber windows and installing the new slick aluminium windows. Being double glazed and having an inline timber reveal removes just about all the aluminium you see from the inside and gives you a very high performing window for thermal comfort. The client has been very good to be the guinea pig in ...the first of what will be many projects with this fantastic new product. Duratec Eternity Titanium Pearl Satin 10.38mm comfort plus neutral glass 24mm IGU Evantage double glazed grey toughened All hands on deck with this tight timeline. We had to install a 10 panel 16 metre long curtain wall along the new link bridge lining up with the structural steel posts. We also installed an 8 metre 7 panel double glazed wall in the same location. Being a shopping centre load in for windows and glass started at 5am so big effort to AVS and Sydney Bifolds for being on the job early and getting it done. Open to the public this Friday!
