25.01.2022 Q: Does my travel insurance cover me for Coronavirus-related cancellations? A: Probably not. Most insurance companies have an exemption in their policy for pandemics. This is not something that has traditionally caused any issues in the past, but we suspect will start being a headache for the insurance companies in the future. In our opinion, they will start releasing pandemic cover as an optional extra or something for future policies.... Watch this space for more information as it becomes available.

01.01.2022 Q: Do I have to use my flight credit all at once? A: Normally, yes. At the moment - No. Normally flight credits are designed to be transferred to one new booking. Given the current situation, most airlines have changed their policies to allow credits to be used on multiple future bookings. This means that a credit with Qantas for a flight to London could potentially now be used towards multiple domestic trips. ... This does vary by airline so please contact us to check the conditions of your credit.
