17.01.2022 Well done to our HHFNC boys who represented our club in the Peel Thunder 14s Development Squad over the last 4 weeks. These boys trained twice a week for three weeks before playing two games this week - one against East Perth in Leederville on Wednesday and Claremont at David Grays Arena yesterday. Although they didn’t come away with a win these boys showed a marked improvement on their first game and were exciting to watch. 11.01.2022 All the best to our boys representing HHFNC in this weeks games After a heavy three-week training program, the Peel Thunder 14s development squad will take on East Perth and Claremont in back to back ‘A’ and ‘B’ squad games in the first week of the school holidays. Peel Thunders 14s Development Squad will face East Perth at Leederville oval on Wednesday 30th September before taking on Claremont at home on Saturday 3rd October.... The fifty strong squad have spent the last three weeks honing their skills along with some match simulation and fitness testing ahead of the two fixtures to wrap up what has been a very positive development squad program that never looked likely to go ahead after the impact of COVID19. ‘We are so fortunate to be able to run this program this season but also to play a couple of games at the back end of the program as a great way of testing ourselves against two very strong WAFL clubs.
