24.01.2022 response to the local fresh fish had been outstanding, we ran out of the local crimson snapper on Saturday arvo, just after we opened. 24.01.2022 this months winner of the $25 in-store voucher is Kira Jayde. Thanks to all who entered this month and thank you for your fantastic feedback, most of you wanted us to add deep fried mussels and marsbars. so as of Tuesday the 4th of march we will offer deep fried NZ mussels, not sure of price yet but be assured they will not be over the top. As for mars bars I am sorry but no, the risk factor to both my fryer and my staff does not allow me to do this. Keep the feedback coming in, cheers Chris

23.01.2022 Sorry to all who wanted the fresh local crimson snapper this week, my fish monger let me down and supplied fish that went tough when it was cooked, so I decided not to sell it. Looks like I'll be having fish curry for a while. I am sourcing new fish for this week, let you all know on Thursday morning, Cheers Chris

18.01.2022 this week we have two local fish specials, both are from windy harbour, down near Esperance and Albany. We have Queen snapper and blue groper, both really nice fish, the snapper is slightly firmer in texture and a little stronger in flavour, the groper is whiter and a little sweeter. Both are great grilled or fried. only limited amount of each available, so get in early Cheers Chris
