24.01.2022 A big well done to all of our successful candidates for achieving their C Certificate at yesterday’s assessment day . A lot of hours of work and effort to complete all of the requirements, made that much more difficult this year! Thank you Sharron Lowther and Shelley Mccrae for the amazing job mentoring and supporting these girls through zooms and phone calls and emails, and the practical workshop recently. Thanks also to Sharron and Ruth McCrae for the work in assessing yesterday and Tallie Talay and Makayla Lowther for pencilling.

20.01.2022 Some photos l managed to capture at Handy Mount Tuesday whilst timing. A big thank you to our Judge Pa-lin Henry for withstanding the heatwave and letting us borrow your Odment Pit for the comp. Holly for scoring and Amillie for adding up the score sheets.Katrina and Hannah for helping unload all my cargo( and yours )before l designed the Course.Also to our wonderful Committe whom worked so hard to make this Gymkhana day happen.

19.01.2022 How fabulous to be back together at our October rally, run under COVID safe guidelines. So fortunate to have wonderful instruction today, Colleen and Janita on cross country, Jamie Murray for Showjumping, Kate Thompson from Modern Pentathlon Victoria for Laser Shooting, Sally on Gymkhana practice and Tallie, Liz and senior riders leading our theory groups. Our C and C* candidates used the opportunity to put the final touches on their workbooks at the end of the day. Well done everyone!

19.01.2022 Non-Competitive Showjumping Rounds Open to qualified Pony Club combinations, grading not required, cards to be shown, waiver to be signed by all riders 9am start approximate height times published after close of entries bookings limited due to distancing requirements... $15 entry per combination max 3 rounds per horse, starting at poles on ground, 20cm, 30cm, 45cm, 60cm, 75cm, 90cm, 1.00m Comment below with your entry rider name, club, horse name & heights jumping NO ENTRY ON THE DAY Entries close Monday 12th Oct. Pay electronically on day at registration no cash allowed. COVID restrictions in place - no canteen, registry must be signed, masks to be worn when not riding for 12yo and above, one supporter per rider only - NO SPECTATORS GET IN, RIDE, GET OUT Entries accepted from qualified Pony Club combinations residing in Regional Victoria only, due to COVID restrictions thank you.

12.01.2022 So many to thank for helping to make today such a happy and successful day for all. Firstly thanks to all of the competitors and supporters for fantastic presentation, etiquette, ringcraft and plain good manners. You were all so beautifully presented, you made the judges job very hard today! A huge thank you to our wonderful judges for giving up their public holiday to stand in the sun, and offer praise and support whilst having the hard task of selecting place getters from ...such quality fields. We thank you for your skill and time, and kind words to our competitors. Finally, thank you to our tireless members, riders, family and unmounted members who have all contributed to making this day such a success. It has been a huge month for our club, running two COVIDSafe events, two rallies and working out on cross country to build and upgrade fences. 10.01.2022 Good morning Zone Examining Secretaries, PCA advise that any candidate undertaking the old syllabus at E through to C*/K level may have an extension to assess...ment until March 2021. Old B & A candidates already have an extension given until Feb 2021. We can assess this again if needed early in 2021. Could you please ensure your clubs and riders are aware of this update. 04.01.2022 Please put dates in your calendars Saturday 10th October 2020 will be a training day for C and C star due to COVID-19 regulations it will be a limited numbers.... Saturday 28th November 2020 will be the assessment for both C and C star. This gives everyone two rallies at their clubs to get their books signed off and DC's to make sure the candidates are ready for assessment. Once venues have been confirmed we will let riders know. Workbooks, application forms and bank deposits for the assessment will be due in to on the 5th November. Please look out for an email coming very soon with all this information. The email will contain expression of interest form for training day, C and C star candidate application form for assessment. Any questions please contact Sharron Lowther.

01.01.2022 CERTIFICATE UPDATE Due to Covid 19 and back in stage 3 restrictions again we can not conduct our training day this month on the 22nd of August. Instead we will... be running the following zoom chats 24th August C Certificate zoom chat 7.30pm 25th August C Star Certificate zoom chat 7.30pm We are hoping fingers crossed to run a training/pre assessment day on the 20th September for both C and C* riders. If restrictions are lifted we are still aiming to hold the assessment day on the 17th October 2020 but will be guided by Chief Health Officer and PCV. Work books will need to be submitted on the 23rd September 2020. Please comment below if you are wanting to participate in the zoom chats so that the zoom links can be messaged through to you.
