21.01.2022 We are COVID ready! To ensure maximum safety for our members we have gotten help from @academyhr ‘s Surface Protection Barrier Treatment that is effective against COVID on all surfaces. This super spray is a preventative measure, helping to stop contamination transfer from surface to person AND LASTS 30 DAYS. It’s non-toxic, water based, food & child safe.... Our whole gym has been attended to with a fogging technique which forms a bond with the surface, creating a transparent film of protection. We will be implementing regular treatments for the protection of our members!

03.01.2022 Another victory for Team Hammers and Perkins Jiu Jitsu! @george.karadimas101 and @mislav.horvat entered their first Bushido Amatuer MMA tournament over the weekend. Both boys came away with some wins @mislav.horvat grabbed victory in his weight decision and also won submission of the day.... A very outstanding performance from both teammates. Thank you to the coaches @markhammercastagnini @perkinsjiujitsu_nunawading @brockmcrobb @yz_3_ @jits_mumma and everyone who helped get them ready.

02.01.2022 We are so excited to be back!! There are some things you need to know before training so please swipe through! Our new booking system log in details will be found in your emails. If you have not received an email yet please be patient as there are a lot of emails & the system is working through them all. ... Please make sure you check your junk mail encase it’s hidden itself there. IF you haven’t received an email by 9pm Saturday 7th Nov we may need to update your email address. Please know that classes are limited & if you cannot make one please cancel via your member portal to allow someone on the waiting list to attend. We know that you’re bursting to hang with all your gym buddies again but we need to limit your time in the gym to no longer than an hour. This is so that venue capacity management can be enforced. If you are in any way feeling unwell, fever, sore throat, fatigue ect please DO NOT come into the gym for the safety of our community.
