25.01.2022 I had the best experience with HAE. I was looking for a voltage regulator for an alternator and was told by a few places they had the part, but when I got there..., they didn't. Other companies said they could get the part in, but it would take time, cost a lot more than expected and I was sceptical, as they couldn't confirm similar part numbers. I have had good experiences with HAE before and don't know why I didn't make them my 1st point of call, which I will from now on. I finally rang HAE and they made the effort to physically check that they had the part. The part was already fitted to a reconditioned alternator, but they said they would separate the part if I turned up. When I turned up the part was promptly compared, separated and sold to me. From this and past experiences, I would recommend HAE as your FIRST point of contact for their services; HAE staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and their prices are the fairest. I have no affiliation with HAE , but if you are looking for the best service and/or price, I highly and truthfully recommend HAE.

17.01.2022 So glad we asked Nick and the boys at to check out the problem we were having with starting the car in park or neutral (or at all for that matter LOL) ..... All... advice to the contrary, the problem wasn't in the steering column but in a part connected to the transmission. We would have pulled our steering wheel off, pulled the column apart and to no avail, the problem would have still existed. Once again crisis averted by speaking to the right people for the job!!
