24.01.2022 The RSL’s Poppy Appeal is an annual fundraising activity that Sub-Branches across the nation take on in the lead up to Remembrance Day each year. Every dollar raised through the Poppy Appeal will go to supporting veterans and their families with a range of RSL health and wellbeing support services, including relief from financial hardship. There are 3 ways you can donate to the poppy appeal either - Go to the Highett RSL website https://www.highettrsl.com.au/ or Facebook page and go to the NEW online store and purchase a virtual poppy as a donation or - Drop in to the club and purchase a poppy from the foyer (club will be operating under Covid restrictions) where there will be an unmanned stand (cash preferred) or - You can donate to RSL VIC poppy appeal via poppyappeal.com.au.
