Please follow the link below to view our raclette platter.... https://www.thefrenchprovidore.com/copy-of-menu Depending on availability, the platter will contain a varying mix of the following charcuterie meats: white smoked leg ham, serrano ham, coppa, pancetta, bresaola...all platters will of course include raclette cheese and French pickles #cornichons How does the raclette platter work ?! You just need to melt the cheese on top of the other platter ingredients and add some cooked potatoes (potatoes not included). Please contact us to custom order any larger sized platters.
