25.01.2022 Although working from home has many benefits (doggos as desk mates being one of them ) Digital Eye Strain can be an unfortunate downside. Spending consistent hours in front of screens can cause dry, tired eyes, neck pain or blurry vision.

24.01.2022 Working from home? Here's a couple of helpful tips. Keep ambient room lighting on, but reduce directional light on the screen to eliminate glare. Position yourself at arm’s length from the screen and set the height of the screen so you look directly forward at the top toolbar on the screen. Increase text size on devices to better define content on the screen. Use eye drops if your eyes feel dry and drink plenty of water.
