The current and past councillors have failed us countless times. I have decided not to be affiliated with any major political party as this will keep my voice independent and will make it possible for me to vote for the programs most needed in the community and for what matters the most to the people of Moreland.

Your vote needs to be posted in the mail or delivered in-person to your local election office by 6pm to avoid getting a fine. ... The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) local office in Moreland is located at Brunswick Town Hall - open 9am 8pm on Thursday 22 October and 9am 6pm on Friday 23 October. If you have not received your ballot pack in the mail, call your local election office. 15.01.2022 Leadership program A true leader makes more leaders and not followers. To promote and develop leadership skills within the community, I established the leadership program in collaboration with Leadership Victoria and Shaheens Sporting and Social Club. This unique program provided an opportunity for the community to learn and develop leadership skills. After the completion of the program, young leaders of the community projected their developed skills by leading different community organisations and programs.

06.01.2022 I still remember the 20th February 2019 like it was yesterday, it was the day we opened the Oxygen Youth Centre (stage two and three). We had many challenges in front of us. However, we overcame those challenges and delivered an amazing youth centre. At Moreland, we used to have an Oxygen Advisory committee which consisted of young people, to ensure Moreland City Council is providing programs and services that meet the needs of our young people. Unfortunately, the committee h...as been dismantled. If elected on 24th October, I will reinstate the committee and ensure that it is valued and consulted in the decisions which affect them. In the current times, young people are among the most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic - so it is crucial they have a seat at the table on issues that are impacting their lives and futures.
