It was incorrectly installed by a self-called "10 years experienced qualified Locksmith with 1500 Samsung locks installed in Victoria". ... Customer called him to fix but he refused and said it's not his fault. Mortise damaged because of carelessness and inexperience at all. This is not the first time he damaged Samsung lock.
