10.01.2022 Hello beautiful ladies, Through the month of September and october i will be a drop off point for Share The Dignity campaign For this i require your help...... This campaign is to help ladies affected by homelessness and Domestic violence The idea is.... Choose a handbag you no longer use or buy a new one, then fill it with items including shampoo, conditioner, a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, sanitary items and anything else you can think of that will make a woman feel special. I am putting it out there now as christmas is around the corner and life becomes hectic and so we all forget to do some very small things that make a HUGE difference Every little helps... I thank you all in advance..

09.01.2022 Ladies....it's that time of year again, BREAST Awareness Month Time to check your girls/ boobies/puppies/love lumps or just basically put...your Breasts. Regularly checking is a MUST but its something alot of us forget about. If you haven't already done so, go and get a thorough check with your GP. Mammogram testing may be uncomfortable but it may just save your life. For 10 minutes of testing its well worth the reassurance. ... I had mine examined by my GP and then had a Mammogram and ultrasound last month, thankfully i was all clear of any cancer or anything sinister. So PLEASE get checked even if your not sure if there is anything to worry about. In 2019 19,974 people were diagnosed with BREAST Cancer 167 of those were Males...(BREAST Cancer does NOT discriminate) So make sure your Husband/Partner/Father/Son/Uncle also check theirs too.
