18.01.2022 A bit of a rant from me this morning. I had one of our customers bring in a vehicle he had purchased a couple of days ago for us to have a look over. The seller gave him a safety certificate dated 3 days ago. When our tech road tested the vehicle he found it had suspension issues, no front brake pads left and the electric windows wouldn’t work. All items that should never have been passed on the safety certificate. These guys make our industry look bad and cause trust issues with customers across the board. I may not always give the customer the news they want to hear about their vehicle but they can be sure that I will always be honest! It’s not that hard!!! Rant over.
