Holiday progeams Hi everyone Hanson's School of Swimming has put together 2 INTENSIVE SWIMMING PROGRAMS for after XMAS and New Year Break. 1. Is at Aitkenvale pool with Garry starting on the 4th of January for more information on that program contact Garry on 0404668661. 3 week program $25 a week or commit to 3 weeks $75 2. Is at Multiple areas in Townsville with Chris this program will start on the 11th of January and run for 2 weeks cost $25 per week. Day 1. Castle Hill Pool 3pm- 5pm 11th -18th Stroke development and stretching activities Day 2. Rock pool the strand running sand and stairs 3pm-5pm 12th-19th Day 3. Castle Hill pool 3pm-5pm 13th- 20th Stroke development and stretching activities Day 4. Meeting at Jezzine for stair work and sand work and a quick swim after 3pm-5pm14th-21st Day 5. Am session Castle Hill Pool 6am-8am 15th-22nd Stroke development stretching activities Chris will do exactly the same activities for the 2 weeks as the dates are listed. At our Swim School we want to see progression with in 6 months that's why our swim teachers work hard and focus on progression and advancing the mini squads up to our Junior and Advanced Junior Squads then onto Senior training sessions. Progression is important....

16.01.2022 AQUA ZUMBA is on tonight at the Castle Hill Pool 4 Hugh Street Garbutt 6:45-7:45pm $10 cost For those people who want to take the plunge and try a workout with low impact but high cardio then this is for you.... So as our nights get warmer and days get longer why not come down and have a great workout in our pool with Jodie once the sun has gone down. When the lights go out the disco lights come on and the glow bands your wearing really stand out and let the water become your resistance. And the music is awesome.... It's for all ages 12yrs+ with adult. Come give it a go..........
