23.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate Grand Master Kimm's 85th birthday. Thanks again to Andrew Bruun for organising the dinner (the food was delicious). It was great to hear the anecdotes of Grand Master Kimm. This made for a memorable night. It was a fantastic turnout from Universal Peace Academy members which allowed the opportunity for the existing Hap Ki Do and new Sun Do members to meet and get to know each other.... One of Grand Master Kimms first ever student, Mr Geoffrey Wong, also surprised us by joining in the special occasion. For members who were unable to join us, your company was truly missed. ! 06.01.2022 Grand Master Kimm presents finer points of technique to Friday's brown belt class

06.01.2022 To all the Universal Peace Academy members, Grandmaster Kimm and Wendy would like to update you on their current whereabouts and health, as well as training at the dojang. All is well considering these unprecedented times. Andrew Bruun has a property in Bentleigh that Master Kimm and Wendy will be staying at temporarily. They are well cared for in terms of any urgent necessities and are very grateful for everyones support. Even though they are not at the dojang, they are no...t far away. They do have access to a computer so they can still receive emails and of course phone calls or texts. They also appreciate the concern and delectable food packages from various members. Thank you again. They too are concerned for everyones health and wellbeing and ask that you care for yourselves, your families and friends, as well as other members within the club. Grandmaster Kimm is looking forward to being able to continue Sun Do classes in April through a digital platform, Zoom. There will be another update at the beginning of April once all the logistics have been considered. At that time there will be more information regarding Hap Ki Do as well. As per current health requirements, both Coburg and Prahran dojangs will continue to stay closed until further notice. In the meantime, thank you for your patience.
