13.01.2022 What an incredible end of year grading we experienced yesterday. I feel very proud of all of the North Coast students for showing up and bringing so much spirit to the process. Despite the heat and the intensity of the day, everyone gave it their absolute all with an exceptional display of skill, grace, commitment and courage. Congratulations to all the students - what a remarkable effort, and a special thank you to Master Tamanini for flying up from Sydney to preside over ...the grading and for sharing with us some of his wisdom. We hope to welcome him back up here again soon. As always, a big shout out to all of the friends and families for supporting our students - we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without you. 01.01.2022 We went out with a bang on Sunday with our end of year kids grading, and I could not be more proud of this group of young people. Each one of these children st...epped in and embraced the task with such a unique and beautiful expression of spirit and heart. The way in which this group of children rise to meet every moment of their training with openness, trust, commitment and courage continues to blow me away. I am deeply humbled and feel so much gratitude to the parents and carers of these kids for supporting them to practice martial arts with me. Through working with them I am consistently reminded of the capacity of the human spirit, to remain curious about life and to appreciate each moment. Thank you so much for being a part of this journey with me. I’m looking forward to resuming our practice in 2020. May it be our best year yet. #martialarts #hapkido #mullumbimby
