14.01.2022 Wow! Another 6cms lost from my chest, waist & hips I see such a difference in my body, especially my waist. Its not just about the number on the scales, if I just focused on that I wouldnt see the whole picture. I am transforming my body and the measurements reflect that. My energy has increased, my mental clarity has improved, my skin is SO much better from my inner nutrition AND outer nutrition (the skin range is amazing) Seeing this result this morning got me emotional Since I started the summer body challenge 3 weeks ago I have lost a total of 19 cms from my chest, waist & hips add in my arms and thights its an additional 8.5cms lost, thats a total of 27.5cms lost in 3 weeks!!!

11.01.2022 Went for an easy dinner tonight. Kids had one of their fav dinners which I cant eat as it contained gluten. Rather than cook a seperate meal I went for the yoghurt. Didnt have fresh raspberries so I thawed out frozen ones!!

11.01.2022 This morning I was up early, getting the kids ready to get on the road and drop them at to their Dads... Running a lil behind schedule but in 3 minutes I had whipped together my breaky, taken my supps, made a hot tea and got my 1st litre of boom juice ready! Seriously, 3 minutes is all it took for me to make a nutritious breakfast and sort out my hydration for the morning. Years ago I would have skipped breaky all together or grabbed something unhealthy and unfulfilling.
