21.01.2022 It is so important to start building skills in our young children - with a view for them to engage in group activities when they are older. Group activities with a structure are especially important. As a parent it helps to have a long term outlook to keep motivated. Some ideas - sport is social glue, so build those ball skills by throwing/rolling the ball together each day for 10 mins (with high reinforcement if needed), enrol them in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or a martial art (many adults call this their "church", it also teaches how to defend yourself and it is like OT with great core strength exercises!), golf/tennis/sailing for older kids offer a supportive club environment which many people can hang out in for life!
