24.01.2022 Extra, extra, read all about! Our church services will return to 179 Hub Drive as of Sunday 5th July at 10am! ! As we move into this next season there are a few things we should be aware of: 1) We will return to a version of what we have been doing online until the first week in August. This allows time for people to settle back into things but also allows flexibility should a second wave occur and shutdowns recommence. 2) Communion will be served adhering to guidelines. ... 3) Our Covid Safe plan will be available and adhered to strictly. Thank you everyone for your ongoing patience, understanding, love and support of each other. Enjoy this Sunday’s last chance to watch the service with a coffee, in your pyjamas.

16.01.2022 From Jamberoo Abbey:: National Sorry Day 2020 As we pause today to remember and pray for the Stolen Generation, let us also pledge to continue the process of healing, reconciliation and full recognition of our first peoples in this Great South Land of the Holy Spirit. Grounded in truth, let us walk together with courage! Prayer for Australia God of holy Dreaming, Great Creator Spirit,... from the dawn of creation you have given your children the good things of Mother Earth. You spoke and the gum tree grew. In the vast desert and dense forest, and in cities at the water’s edge, creation sings your praise. Your presence endures as the rock at the heart of our land. When Jesus hung on the tree you heard the cries of all your people and became one with your wounded ones: the convicts, the hunted, the dispossessed, the children taken from their families. The sunrise of your Son coloured the earth anew, and bathed it in glorious hope. In Jesus we have been reconciled to you, to each other and to your whole creation. Lead us on, Great Spirit, as we gather from the four corners of the earth; Enable us to walk together in trust from the hurt of the past into the full day which has dawned in Jesus Christ. Amen. With thanks to Lenore Parker for sharing this prayer with us.

09.01.2022 To those who have served in the armed forces, for those who have died on the battlefield, to those who continue to live with the scares of war - Lest we forget. On this remembrance day may we keep in mind that casualties of war do not end once the fighting stops. Many service personal battle for years. May we also acknowledge the many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander soldiers who have served our armed forces. Lord, have mercy on us all.
