23.01.2022 REMINDER! HVFC 2019 AGM is NEXT WEDNESDAY, 6th November. Member sign in starts at 6:30pm ADDITION TO CONSTITUTION: All members are hereby notified that the first matter for voting on the Agenda for the 2019 AGM will be an Addition to the HVFC Constitution.... This addition has been proposed by the 2019 Management and Executive Committees to allow for better continuity in the Committee positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. This will be achieved by making these positions 2 year tenures, an extension of the current 1 year term. Voting for these positions is proposed to occur on different years, to allow for positional overlapping. Members will have an opportunity to vote for or against this proposition at the AGM, and if the motion does pass, the positions of Vice President and Secretary (which will be voted on during the AGM) will immediately become a 2 year term. 22.01.2022 The Executive/Management Committee would like to thank the following people who have freely given of their time to establish our future Vikings. Firstly thanks ...to Todd and Katie Allen for taking on Auskick this year and encouraging and supporting the 54 children who did the Auskick program. Secondly a big thanks to Samantha Yates and her able assistant Kiara for getting our new program Valley Kick which is unique to our Club and no where else in Australia up and running. They created such a great atmosphere for the children to have fun and learn and rumor has it they had as much fun as the children. The success of the program can be put down to these two fabulous mums who every Friday night for 10 weeks entertained and taught 34 children how to have fun and want to be a Valley Viking. Who knows what the future holds but with these four people putting up their hands to help with the development of future Valley Vikings one can only assume the future is looking great for Happy Valley Football Club.
