22.01.2022 Make sure your tick protection is current!

12.01.2022 Have a safe & special holiday season with your family & friends ( including the furry/fathered/scaly ones! )!

11.01.2022 *UPDATE* In response to the escalating COVID-19 situation, we have implemented a system of ‘contactless admissions’. In the event your pet gets sick or is injur...ed, we are committed to providing emergency veterinary care without putting your own health at risk, as well as the health of our veterinary healthcare team. Between ourselves and our sister Specialist practice NVS, our Terrey Hills hospital is still open 24/7. When you arrive, call NEVS on 9452 2933 from your vehicle. One of our delightful team members will instruct you from there. Depending on the situation, you will either leave your pet with us, or will be asked to wait in the car. Once the veterinarian has examined your pet, they will give you a call to discuss your concerns, their findings, and to determine the best course of action. Please rest assured that through all of this, your patient's care and comfort is of the highest priority, and they'll still receive the same level of professional attention and treatment they need to get them back on the road to health. (With plenty of cuddles and TLC along the way!) We really appreciate your cooperation in making sure our employees stay healthy so we can continue to look after the pets of the Northern Beaches and beyond. We are still able to attend to your pet, however we ask you stay in your car, one of our team will collect your pet from you. A vet will then speak to you via a phone call. We appreciate your cooperation at this very difficult time for everyone in our community.

07.01.2022 Please be mindful when walking your pets. We unfortunately have treated a very sick pup this week believed to have eaten a baited pieces of meat. We are advising keep your dogs on leads & check your yards routinely. Do not let them pick up anything while on a walk and if you do see something please contact police below. "Northern Beaches detectives, along with our council, are hunting those who've left baits in our suburbs over recent weeks, including hidden in peoples yards...." "Anyone who can help with first hand information about baiting offences on the Beaches over recent weeks, including who might be responsible, is asked to make contact urgently. You can do this either through Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or on 9977 3399."
