25.01.2022 Down Under Kangaroos way up Yonder Paddock A few of the Woolwich Mob from 2017 HarbourSculpture exhibitor David Doyle have hopped over the top paddock fence to graze with a flock of curious Danish sheep. The ewes have been using the steel kangaroos to scratch their rather woolly backsides. The Ram who thought the kangaroos were making advances on his ladies jealously head butted the kangaroos to the ground. Theyve now found a new home on the lawn near the Danish farm house. #harboursculpture #artexhibtion #daviddoyle #flockofsheep #danish #denmark #downunder #sculpture #sculptors #kangaroo #woolwich #fridayfun #funnystory #steelsculpture #balmain

20.01.2022 Jenny Green’s `Bright Lights’ has certainly captured the attention of the young and the young at heart during our exhibtion. Her piece evokes optimism, resourcefulness and resilence conjured in a life criss-crossing paths and interaction periods of vibrancy and high energy offset by periods of reflection. As Jenny says COVID has forced us to reframe priorities, to spend more time ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’ We HOPE that this will not defeat us. Human ingenuity will prevail... and together we will all emerge stronger. We hope you get to cross paths with `Bright Lights’ this weekend before HarbourSculpture 2020 closes on Sunday 29th November.
