YES, private inspections for property appraisals prior to listing a property for sale or lease are allowed.... Undertaking a property appraisal could be considered access to the property for the purposes of marketing under clause 7(13)(b) of the RAD (RA), as the estate agent would undertake this inspection to be able to market the property accurately including in relation to the price of the property.
