And taking control of their health, from the inside. Something traditional cultures have known for the history of time.

23.01.2022 Bottling Kombucha again today! Another delicious (and so healthy!) natural probiotic. All you need is organic black tea, filtered water, organic raw sugar (or organic rapadura sugar) and some starter - you can use any naturally fermented kombucha as a starter to get your SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) going. Kombucha has so many health benefits including aiding in gut health and digestion, helps detoxification, supports your joints and boosts the immune system. If you're keen to start your own Kombucha brew, there are lots of excellent resources out there. We wanted our stall to reflect our own personal style - which is why it has ended up looking pretty much like our home kitchen! 15.01.2022 Don't be fooled by flashy 'healthy' breakfast cereals in the supermarket isle (or steer clear from the super market altogether if you can). These are some of the unhealthiest things you can eat, especially for breakfast! Often packed full of sugar and processed carbohydrates, the only way to guarantee your cereal is full of goodness, is to make it yourself! It's a quick and easy throw together - today I made muesli with organic oats, puffed rice, @hardieshillwholefoods seeds (flax, sesame, chia, sunflower and pumpkin seeds), raw cacao nibs, coconut flakes, dried apricots, sultanas and goji berries and sprinkled with ground cinnamon. Delicious!
