Senior Civil Engineer, Elin Shephard, brings with her over 13 years’ experience in a wide range of projects in both private and government sectors.... We welcome Elin's skills in all areas of Civil Engineering, and in particular, her expertise in Contract Administration, Construction Oversight and Project Management.
