Not because I got to work alongside an idol of mine Shaynna Blaze and not becuase the Open Day I was contracted to manage was hugely successful but because there is NO DOUBT in my mind that this is the best way forward for aged care; specifically for those who live with dementia or other cognitive impairment.

A group of their clients want to run an online campaign fighting for equal rights and equal pay for people with disability. I was honoured to be apart of such a great cause but at the same time totally shocked to learn about their #Disgusting employment terms, conditions and wages. ...
