This week we are in the process of contacting all clients that had their bookings temporarily paused to discuss a new appointment time and date from 13th May onwards If you need to contact us please e mail [email protected] as we are not in the salon to answer the phone until 12th May We always abide by strict hygiene practices in the salon, but have implemented additional precautionary measures in these uncertain times which include, Our New Salon Experience is all about safety first, this means each client will now be asked to sanitise their hands as they come in at reception Clients will be practising social distancing by being seated and spaced 1.5m apart at all times Stylist will be wearing plastic face shields at all times to ensure the health & safety of our clients and other staff members Our stations, basin room seats, reception desk, phone, EFPOS machine and equipment are disinfected prior to every use We are also spacing out all bookings to minimise the number of clients in the salon at one time Regretfully there will be no magazines or beverages available. Beauty services will remain closed as per government restrictions. In protecting the health of our clients and ourselves, we require clients to provide us with additional information and a rescheduling of their appointment if any of the following applies to you You or someone you are in contact with has travelled overseas in the last 14 days Experiencing flu like symptoms (sore throat fever and dry cough) In close contact with an affected person/s Have been asked to self-quarantine Have been advised to self-quarantine Keep safe and we look forward to seeing you all soon Rachel and the Team @ Harrington Hair
