20.01.2022 Small Saturday job. Removed a load bearing wall and put a new beam in to open up the space ready for a new kitchen. The area now feels twice the size!

08.01.2022 Some more wet rot repair on this water front property. We have a very thorough knowledge of timber products and what is best used in specific circumstances. For this we opted to use external grade K/D hardwood in spotted gum for its longevity and rot resistance with the moist salty air. This may look like such a small job. 07.01.2022 We got the all clear from the pest guys to strip and re sheet this rentals shower walls today after termites were discovered. In and out in a few hours and now the tenants can finally use shower again

05.01.2022 This old girl is getting a freshen up ready for a new tenant to move in. This house is almost 100% original, all down to the asbestos lined vinyl in the kitchen. But a lack of maintenance has seen a few structural and safety issues arise. With a site inspection we were able to identify these issues and provide feedback/solutions based on the clients needs and budget. Meanwhile keeping to the theme of the house to retain its character. The existing gates and fence were looking a bit sad and unstable so we replaced with a large 3m sliding gate as well as a smaller single gate for ease of access. 03.01.2022 So our Bray Park bathroom Reno has kicked off with the kids getting some construction home schooling. Such a shame we had to replace the timber floor with some secura floor, but who knows how many years with a leaky shower will do that. Excited to see this one progress over the next couple weeks.
